Thank you for your purchase and for supporting my work. Because these are digital goods delivered electronically, all sales are considered final.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, I’m generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

 

That said, I truly value your experience and want to make sure you're satisfied. If something isn’t right, or if you believe you purchased something by mistake, please contact me. ​

Exceptions

In rare cases, I may offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• You made a duplicate purchase

• You received a corrupted or unusable file (Usually this is a technical glitch and I can just send you a new one. A refund would apply only if I no longer have access to the original file for some reason. And since I do nearly everything myself, that's unlikely.)

• The product is significantly different from how it was described

 

To request a refund or resolution, please contact me within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue. I review each request personally and appreciate your understanding that not all situations may qualify for a refund.
